Every great grow starts with the right genetics, and, in 2025, WeedSeedShop is proud to bring you five new strains that we carefully selected for their genetics, effects, productivity, and overall popularity. These sought-after genetics made their debut in Spring, perfectly timed for those looking to harvest something special this fall!
Each of these strains is available in both a feminized (photoperiod) and autoflowering variant. For the most part, the two versions are identical, but I’ll point out a few noteworthy differences along the way.
Blue Zushi

Blue Zushi’s heritage is nothing short of phenomenal. This indica-dominant hybrid was created by crossing the legendary Zkittlez with Blue Sherbet, which brings in genetics from Girl Scout Cookies and Blueberry. The end result is a bushy, indica-like plant that produces high yields of potent, energising flowers that are much more sativa-like in their effects.
This strain is a rising star among many growers who want to grow outdoors but don’t live in the right type of climate. Gardeners in places like the UK, northern Germany, or other regions with grey, damp summers have found that Blue Zushi Automatic thrives in these less-than-ideal conditions where they can produce up to 250 grams per plant. Indoors, both versions thrive and create dense frosty buds with vibrant hues of deep green with hints of blue and purple.
Both Blue Zushi Autoflowering and Blue Zushi Feminized are well-suited for almost any indoor setup. However, if you’re short on headroom then the autoflowering version may be what you’re after as those plants often only grow to a height of 25-80 cm compared to the roughly 100 cm-tall feminized variant.
Cereal Milk
First created in 2019, Cereal Milk has since taken the cannabis world by storm as growers and users alike praise the strain’s high yields and powerfully uplifting effects. Cereal Milk is a true 50/50 hybrid thanks to its diverse parents: Y Life and Snowman. Y Life is a delicious and energising blend of Girl Scout Cookies and Cherry Pie while Snowman is a unique phenotype of Girl Scout Cookies giving a double dose of one the most widely-loved strains.

Both Cereal Milk Feminized and Cereal Milk Autoflowering grow into relatively compact and bushy plants with tight internodal spacing and dense, chunky buds. While the photoperiod version can easily reach heights of 70-110 cm, the autoflowering variant rarely grows taller than 85 cm. Regardless, both versions are capable of generating high yields both indoors and outdoors.
This strain’s 50/50 genetics make it a good fit for almost any occasion as the high starts off with a potent, uplifting, and energising high that’s sure to spark creativity. Gradually, this fades into a rather soothing body high that’s sure to melt away tension without leaving you glued to the couch.
Permanent Marker

Permanent Marker is a sturdy, compact, and bushy 60% indica hybrid created from a fantastic blend of Sherb BX (a variety of Sherbet) with another cross of Biscotti and Jealousy. All of these strains contain Gelato genetics, making this strain an absolute “must try” for fans of that strain. Beyond Gelato, this strain’s lineage includes heavy hitters such as Chemdawg, Lemon Thai, and Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies to name just a few.
Permanent Marker Feminized and Permanent Marker Autoflowering both produce buds that create an intensely uplifting and energising rush which slowly gives way to a physical relaxation that doesn’t cloud the mind making this a popular choice for creatives looking to get some work done before unwinding.
Unlike some other strains, the two versions of Permanent Marker present rather different growth patterns that growers should be aware of. The feminized version can grow up to 160 cm tall indoors and develop fairly large lateral branches and dense foliage. On the other hand, the autoflowering variant typically tops out at about 110 cm and has a much more compact shape with tighter internodal spacing.
Super Boof
Super Boof was first rolled out to the public in 2022, and, once people stopped laughing at the name, they quickly realised that this strain was an absolute winner. In fact, it even managed to win Leafly’s Strain of the Year in 2024 so we just knew that it was time to add it to our catalogue.

Bred from a cross of Tropicana Cookies (Girl Scout Cookies and Tangie) and Black Cherry Punch (Purple Punch with Black Cherry Pie), this 70% indica starts off with an uplifting burst of euphoria before taking on a much more relaxing, deep body-stoned feeling that’s sure to have you looking for the comfiest spot in the room.
Thanks to its strong lateral branches, robust central cola, and moderate stretch, Super Boof Feminized is an extremely versatile plant that responds particularly well to advanced growing techniques such as mainlining, supercropping, or a screen of green (SCROG). On the other hand, the Super Boof Automatic version is incredibly compact, with a maximum height of 25-80 cm. Despite its small size, the Super Boof Auto can still produce XL yields of up to 400 grams per square metre indoors.
Zoap

Zoap is a potent and surprisingly energising 60% indica hybrid bred from Rainbow Sherbet #16 and Pink Guava. Rainbow Sherbet is a popular strain featuring Champagne with Blackberry, while Pink Guava is a unique phenotype of OZ Kush. These genetics mean that Zoap provides an incredibly uplifting euphoria almost as soon as it hits your lips. This initial boost lasts a fairly long time before transitioning into a more relaxed, mellow high that will calm you down without knocking you out.
As with many other strains, the photoperiod Zoap Feminized is likely to grow significantly larger than its autoflowering counterpart Zoap Automatic. Indoor growers can expect the feminized version to reach maturity at a height of roughly 100 cm, while the automatic variant typically grows to be 25-80 cm. Both versions grow into dense and bushy plants with a robust central cola and productive lateral branches.
