Lemon Haze Feminized is a cross between Lemon Skunk and Amnesia Haze, and offers a potent, uplifting high. The strain is 60% sativa and 40% indica, and can reach relatively tall heights when grown outside. It’s got a fairly short flowering time and produces good-sized yields. Lemon Haze thrives in temperate and continental climates.
Lemon Haze Feminized cannabis seeds boast formidable genetics, as is to be expected from parent plants Lemon Skunk and Amnesia Haze. With excellent genes like that, it’s small wonder that Lemon Haze has become such a popular strain.
It’s 60% sativa and 40% indica, and the sativa-dominance is very much evident in the high. This is the feminized variant of the strain, which means the plants are easier to cultivate as you won’t have to remove male plants.
Lemon Haze Feminized not only offers a sativa high, it has a short flowering time of just eight to nine weeks. That means you can collect your harvest without having to wait too long for it. Be aware, if you’re planning to grow the plants discreetly, they can reach as tall as 130 to 170 cm when cultivated outside in free soil. Indoors, their height is a manageable 80 to 140 cm.
Although Lemon Haze can grow relatively tall, it’s actually fairly compact for a sativa-dominant strain. Both the indica and sativa influences can be seen in the plants’ appearance: stretched but bushy, with dark, purple-tinged leaves, and green and yellow branches.
You’ll enjoy a generous yield with this strain. If you’re growing your plants indoors, you can expect to generate around 425 to 475 g/m2. Outside, anticipate gathering about 450 to 500 g per plant. The buds are a particular highlight of Lemon Haze Feminized - they have a pretty silver hue, and delicate amber hairs.
The strain grows equally well indoors or outside. If you’re cultivating the plants outdoors, bear in mind that they’ll need either a temperate or continental climate in order to thrive.
Lemon Haze Feminized is 60% sativa and 40% indica. Although this is a fairly balanced genetic split, the high is more typically sativa in its characteristics. Upon consumption, you’ll notice a rush of euphoria, accompanied by enhanced creativity and sociability. In short, it’s a good option for enjoying with friends.
As the name suggests, Lemon Haze has a spicy citrus aroma while growing. This is mixed with a strong skunky smell, which is something to be aware of when you’re growing it (good air filters are a wise idea if cultivating the plants indoors). The scent intensifies as the plants mature.
The taste is very much the same as the smell, though there’s an added note of sweetness that really enhances the flavour. Some describe is as similar to lemon bonbons. Be aware, this strain can reach THC levels of 21%, which makes it pretty potent. As such, it’s more suitable for experienced users.
